Horrible quality. Zero durability. Leaky gaskets forever. Don't be a sucker and pay anything more than $10 for it. Motor torque dies very quickly. Being an engineer, I know the amount of shame the manufacture's engineers have to submit to before (yep, you got that right, before!) this product hits the market, and I sympathize. But, still, run from this product like it's the plague. Don't, just don't, okay?

Snapware Round Airtight Container 2 1/2 Gal. Review

I already have 3 of these 2 1/2 gallon barrels, but need some more.I use them for rice, couscous, unbleached white flour, etc.Now I need one for my whole wheat flour.I cut parts of the original labels out and tape them directly onto the Snapware container.This way I know what everything is, any expiration dates, the brand and any cooking instructions (couscous) I feel that I want to hang onto. I'm buying an extra because I know I will come up with another use/need for it.

I have Snapware containers in all kinds of sizes (the clear plastic ones with the white flip up lids).I'm ordering more of the smaller ones too.It's way cleaner, more organized, and easy to see exactly what's left when taking a quick inventory before going to the store. I have had zero problems with bugs or anything else since switching over to Snapware.I couldn't be happier with it and feel pretty certain you will be happy too.

Rattleware 7-Inch Espresso Machine Brush,with Drip Guard Review

I used this brush on a Gaggia New Baby 2006 espresso machine which has a commercial 58-mm group head.The brush fit tightly (a good thing) into the channel where the group head gasket sits.This allowed me to scrub out the coffee grinds which were slowly building up on the gasket.If you have a smaller group head (i.e. have a pressurized portafilter) on your espresso machine this brush probably will not fit.The drip guard on the brush does work, but because it's almost half-way down the handle it's rather common for the water to drip off to the side of the machine rather than conveniently into the drip tray (still better than having the hot water scalding your hand).Lastly I have to note that the brush was very stiff when it arrived but softened up after repeated uses.I prefer the brush on the softer side as it makes it easier through to fit into the group head channel.In all, other than the drip guard and the initial stiffness I feel very satisfied with my purchase.The build is solid and the price is reasonable.

DURKOP All Frothed Up Recipe Book for Latte-Whip Review

This book is excellent for anyone who has the Latte-Whip.I bought it just for making capucinnos, but it has recipes for everything from lemon butter to tomato sauce and even a few home-made cosmetics.I usually hate cooking, but this helps me make all kinds of new food in minutes.
Some of the 'shakes' are a bit ambitious, not nearly as good as what a blender makes, but there's plenty of delicious and very original coffee, cocktail and mocktail recipes.Certainly worth the purchase.
